a) Information you give us
When you fill in our contact or quick-inquiry form, request a quote, or write to us, we may collect:
- Your name and company name
- Email address and phone number
- Country / location
- Details of your enquiry, such as the product, process, capacity or application you are interested in
If you apply for a job, we will also receive the CV and details you send us by email.
b) Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages visited, time spent, referring website, browser type, device type, approximate location (city/country level) and IP address, collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Campaign data: if you arrive through one of our advertisements or campaign links, we record the campaign source, medium and name (UTM parameters) and attach them to any enquiry you submit, so we know which campaigns are useful.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and send quotations, technical proposals and product information
- Provide sales support, project coordination and after-sales service

We keep enquiry and contact information only for as long as we need it to respond to you, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
